Two of the of the employees were talking in the elevator with bad words expressing about clients in the hotel.. Restaurant no to much to choose from, room service not much to choose from.. people walk out from the restaurant waiters talking to each other few tables walked out, becuse they arder was not taken.

My sick was plug up on first day, I ask to be move to the same floor as my sister and they refused. Not very welcoming . Your surroundings of the hotel lots of homeless peoplle sleeping. Scary to walk around . The manager not very helpful. Had attitude. How is it possible you have people working there. Client should be first .

People in the front reception were incredibly rude. There was absolutely no sense of customer service or even politeness. My room card needed to be re-activated every day and every single time I received incredibly bad service. I am a paying customer and expected more especially from a double tree hotel. Very very very disappointed.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay! Loved the location but were told repeatedly that it was unsafe to walk around at night time. Lobby and room were clean but hallway areas could be cleaner. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
