The place was nice and clean from the lobby to the room. The only thing that was not good was the breakfast buffet it was not worth the money for me. It needed flavoring.

The girl who checked us in told us that we couldn’t check in until 6 pm. The website and signs on the property stated we were able to check in at 3 pm. She was rude and so was a male lobby attendant. We have stayed here a couple of times in the past and never had an issue with staff.

Nice hotel to stay and pretty affordable. Quiet, modern, nice decor and it has a little galería. Good restaurant inside, good food. You can walk anywhere in downtown. I will definitely stay again when in Guadalajara for sure.

It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep at night,people moving around like they were at their houses, music was so loud, that we can hear it through the walls, we have to keep calling the reception in the middle of the night, so we do not recommend this hotel
