The staff was friendly and attentive but not available after 6pm or between noon and 3pm check in. Room not ready after check in. Booked the “deluxe” king with ocean view. Window filthy with bird crap and film. Warm weather but no AC so kept windows open to horrendous traffic noises. Fireplace fired on automatically with a loud bang then shut off after a minute, after office hours.No buttons to control fireplace. Cigarette smoke from units below waffled into windows early am. Refrigerator needs defrosting. Overall facility in need of remodel. Cold water faucet handle loose. Exterior grounds are not well maintained. Overall impression is management/ ownership is absent. Not worth $250/night. A rip off.

Cozy Stay
Love that each room has a fireplace. The costal decor of the rooms are super cute and fitting for the area. Beautiful views of the ocean and staff are very friendly. Looking forward to staying there again :)

Property Manager Becky is a rock star! She went out of her way to find a couple of extra pillows for our one night stay! Rooms were clean, comfy & everything was in good & working condition. The 2 queen beds were quite comfortable also.Had everything we needed for a good night sleep! Would stay again! 4star rating on property condition only because it is a little dated but they are in the process of updating the lodge.

No-frills hotel with great views and comfy beds
This is a clean place to stay, explore the area and come back to a comfy bed and great views. Reasonable pet fee and convenient location to walk to businesses in town, rather than drive.

What a wonderful stop along our Route 1 travels! We arrived during a beautiful sunset across the street from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for the night. In the morning, we drove 1 minute to the grocery store next door to pick up breakfast sandwiches and lunch fixings. I would definitely stay here again!

We were only able to stay for a night, but wish we could have stayed longer with a beautiful area. The hotel was very accommodating to our late check-in and it was a perfect place to get some sleep for the night.
