Room was dirty. Windows were dirty. Bathroom was dirty shower mildew everywhere, flooring missing pieces, couch and chairs completely stained no working TV. No air conditioning. At first I called to confirm my booking and the person was so rude but she confirmed. Then when we arrived all the people were so kind and the castle is beautiful. The bedrooms need a maintenance ASAP because they are so humble and you feel like they are not clean enough 😔😔😔😔
