We had an exceptional experience the entire building was clean you felt safe we rented a car and they always saved a spot for us. The house keeper was polite and efficient. This was a family vacation and we felt welcomed the building ia nestled in a zone full of other hotels with so many restaurants and shopping I highly recommend

The property was centrally located and close to the airport. The room was large and very clean also the bathroom. Breakfast was good also. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel overall was great and I would definately recommend it to anyone travelling to Guatemala city.

The rooms are as pictured absolutely gorgeous views. The property is clean, quiet and has mostly professional guests. The rooftop jacuzzi is top tier and the views you get out there is incredible. They have a gym also on the top floor that’s fully equipped. Our first night we were in room 608 which was a nightmare it faces an abandoned building, just terrible. We spoke with the front desk and they moved us the next day. The staff there are great, I had a great experience. Oh breakfast is meh, I didn’t enjoy it at all.
