When we got into our room it smelled musty. We were very tired from traveling so we went to sleep and when one of our party needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, we had to go down to the lobby area to use restroom. Sewerage system was not working and hotel smelled funny. We won't be staying there ever again.

The hotel room (comfort, size, cleanliness, presentation, overall quality) exceeded my expectations for a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 5 star hotel. The only thing was that the music from the hotel bar/restaurant was noticeably loud even though my hotel room was on a top floor.

Wyndham Guatemala is a very nice hotel. Check in went very smoot. We got our room even it was not the time since we arrived early at the hotel. The hotel has a very good breakfast. The employees were very friendly. Outside the hotel are the Taxi station which make it very easy to take a txi an goes everywhere. I will defenitly recommend this hotel to others.

This was a nice property. Great, friendly courteous staff. The only draw back I had with the property is how noisy it was. Even being on the 8th floor we could hear every horn honk and every bike that passed by and every plane that took off, and the hotel is located in a high traffic area. So it was extremely noisey.
