The hotel was super.crowded which made tou have to wait in long lines for Everything. It was not enjoyable on vacation to have to wait one hour in line at the beach cafe. Or having to wait for ling peruods just to ask a question at the bar. It was literally a waist of time and money

There were more than 25 people in the Lobby and only 2 employees, the room was dirty, in the restaurant we lasted 45 minutes (waiting for the dishes to be cleaned) food and drinks of the lowest quality ever seen. The pool was dirty and the color was not very nice. To top it off when I decided to leave after two hours, a porter never showed up to help us since I called 20 minutes dialing 0 at the front desk and no one ever answered. I regret having selected this option.

One the bigger problem for me, it was cheack in. All hotel give a pass early like 2 pm and then 3 pm give the room. This hotel was not early pass. The snack only had 🍟 and bread. No more options One of my family is diabetes. This is too bad. For others things the hotel is good. Good dinner

The property is very much lacking and not a good all inclusive experience. I was traveling with my full family and it was extremely dated and unsatisfying.

Lo único bueno que había eran los tragos, el área de la piscina de la habitación, el café y la comida del snack. En mi habitación no me funcionaba el aire como debía, no teníamos agua caliente, el teléfono no tenía línea y el área de el lavamanos estaba sucia. Cuando llegamos a la habitación no teníamos toallas y cuando la solicitamos pedimos exclusivamente 3, porque éramos 3 personas y solamente nos llevaron 2. La habitación decía que tenía room service y nunca nos contestaron el teléfono por como mencioné no tenía línea.

I liked the location, the beach, it’s close to Santo Domingo. Staff was overwhelmed and grumpy, assigned room had the air conditioning damaged, food is low quality, some areas of the hotel are understaffed
