Great Stay
This hotel was nothing spectacular but it was nice. I think it was just renovated as the carpet looked new. Bed was very comfortable.

Currently being renovated so it's a bit raw in spots around the inner courtyard but we had a lovely stay. The renovated room was done well with all the right modern touches to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

We've stayed here several times as we travel I 5. It was always clean and comfortable. They're remodeling a/o Oct 2024, so our room had been completely & nicely redone. George the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. But...they don't have personal coffee-makers in the rooms--bring them back! Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, pastry

I have stayed here twice. It's fine. Looked like there was a lot of renovation going on. The outdoor cats in the courtyard were mostly nice. But... Check in, get to my room. Turn on the TV. "No Signal" Go to the front desk, and mention this. While I am talking to the front desk person, someone else comes in with the same issue. Turns out the whole place had no TV access. And my complaints were met with the desk person to tell me to stop interrupting him, so he could say what he wanted to say. Kind of bad customer service... I didn't care about being offered a $20 discount. I wanted my TV to work! If I had known they didn't have a TV, I would not have booked it. Later he said, "well, since you booked through Expedia, not much I can do, though you can move to a different hotel... Only other place close is much more posh and expensive. Not sure I will be back

We were somewhat surprised to find that the property was under renovations. This didn't really bother us except there was pop cans and other garbage left in the overflowing garbages. The room was great. Clean and spacious and you could tell that it had been newly renovated. You could still smell new carpet. The room is very much not soundproof. From the work boots in the room above us to the loud voices in the room next to us it was very hard to sleep. So I amm of two minds regarding this hotel. I really doubt that I would choose to stay again.

Best Value In Town
There are a few hotels in the Santa Nella area that are nice, but this is the best of the least expensive ones. I've stayed here several times and have always found a clean, comfortable room and a friendly staff there. The rooms have just been completely gutted and redecorated. So everything is fresh and new at the moment. The hotel lobby has a wonderful mural/set of a cute town, with faux buildings and store fronts. I've been told the new owner doesn't like it, but I sincerely hopes he will keep it. It's probably the most charming and unique feature of this property.

Not the oasis I wanted
The property was under construction and as work started by 8:00 AM it was impossible to enjoy peace and quiet after that or to sleep in. There was no coffee or hot water available for tea in the room or in the lobby. It was only available at breakfast. Our room was not supplied large towels for taking a shower. All this just added up to an unpleasant stay. We have had good experiences with the Quality Inn brand but not for this stay. Once construction is finished and the right amenities are supplied I think this will be a very nice hotel in the future. A lot of work is being done on the property.

I WOULDN'T STAY HERE EVER AGAIN IF YOU PAID ME. I've stayed in this place twice and both times it sucked. Stay at the best Western. The room itself was okay. I'm convinced they had over night construction going on in the room above us all night. The noise was beyond ridiculous and I'm about to half deaf. If I hadn't driven 16 hours I probably wouldn't have ever fallen asleep at all. Our room had no phone and my wife used her cell to called the number on the web until after 3:00 and nobody ever answered
