My room was downgraded due to the door was broken. None of the room door locks worked so we had to have staff escort us to let us in anytime we wanted to leave. The room we did end up in was very dirty. There were scuffs all over the walls and headboard. Very much in need of tlc. We were offered a discount but as everything goes through Expedia, I wasn't going to get any compensation for the mess. We left as early as we could.

The staff was always accommodating. We were able to change rooms quickly and easily when the first room was not satisfying. The maid service was easily and quickly accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.

Liked the bed and furniture overall. However, seems shower doors installed incorrectly- had to get in shower to turn water on and adjust- instead standing outside shower. Carpet had stains, upholstered chair in dining was stained and seams ripping. Barely any tv to watch - most channels infomercials. Pool pump not working as water had gunk on it and green tinge.
