The property is pretty new . The horrible thing is service. I request the room service to get the spoon but the person who pick up the call said I need to go downstairs to get the spoon in hotel restaurant by myself.

40th Level Infinity Pool, Very new and Cozy
Amazing hotel, with 40th floor infinity pool giving an awesome 270 degree view of Halong bay. The location is not in the central business area, but with grab ride hailing app, accessibility is not an issue at all.

Bra hotell, sämre placering
Hotellet är jättefint, nybyggt och modernt. Tyvärr så var inte hotellet färdigbyggt när vi var där men finns inget att klaga på. Skulle säga att det passar barnfamiljer mer om man inte är ute efter sol och bad. Jag och min fru tyckte det blev lite långtråkigt att bo längre från staden. Hotellet är bra dock, bra menyer och bra service
