Got to room bathroom door handle fell off when shut door. Tried to relax by pool and gnats was everywhere. At breakfast the next morning gnats was in food and our drinks

Outdoor parking area and around entry door needs to be swept - several times a day in the fall with all the leaves. Hallway carpet on the 4th floor should be replaced.

The bathtub had duct tape on the outside. The inside of the tub was peeling. The sink needed ungraded. This is our third stay at this hotel. The first time was a total disaster, the bathroom was not clean. The shower didn’t work. The air on conditioners were outside from our room and kept us up all night. Second stay was fine. We will not return
