管理会社の方の電話対応に関して、内容に不満はありませんが、愛想はないです。 施設の設備に関して、お湯の温度が最高に上げても低く（おそらく40-42度くらい）、改善していただきたい。 部屋は広くてきれいでした。概ね満足です。

房子整理，舒適環境。
服務很好可以用信息聯絡確認。房間用品齊全。 環境舒適乾淨。 後面有一間 7-11 便利店。 雖然距車站有些遠。 但整體很好。

湯本温泉街に近い良いロケーションにあるホテルです
湯本温泉街に近い良いロケーションにあるホテルです。対応も良いし施設自体清潔感あるいい空間でした。ちょっと料金は高めですが、また機会があれば利用したいです。
