Constance Spa has 10 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include facials, body wraps and body scrubs. The spa is equipped with a sauna and a hot tub. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including Ayurvedic and hydrotherapy. The spa is open daily.

Guests must transfer via aeroplane or floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Velana International Airport to the property, which is 25-35 minutes away via seaplane and 75 minutes via speedboat. Guests can expect a wait time of 45 minutes to 2 hours to board the connecting seaplane flight. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. The last seaplane transfer will leave Malé at 4 PM. Guests arriving in Malé on an international flight after 3:30 PM (Malé time) will be required to wait to be transferred to the resort until the following day. Guests departing Malé on an International flight prior to 8:50 AM will be transferred late the previous afternoon. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Malé (at their own expense). Children under the age of 18 traveling with parents are required to submit their date of birth for seaplane transfers reservations. Luggage in excess of 44 pounds (20 kg) per person and hand luggage in excess of 6.6 pounds (3 kg) per person may incur a fee, payable to Trans Maldivian Airways during flight check-in. A single piece of luggage of 66 pounds (30 kg) or more will not be accepted as per international standards. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out.
