Hotel was in a great location and close to good spots downtown. Despite room service being offered every other day the cleaning staff did not make our bed (nothing was preventing them to do so) and did not clean the room like take used towels or clean up the kitchen. The tub drain was clogged and wouldn’t recede for quite some after showers. Avleen at the front desk made it right by offering to waive our daily parking. We appreciate her for taking our concerns seriously and for taking ownership of the situation. Thanks Avleen!

Not as accessible as ad claimed. The door to our room was extremely frustrating to get through, the elevators would close before we could get in, I could not bring my wheelchair into the bathroom to access the shower. Room was spacious and nice though and most of it was accessible inside, besides the bathroom. The door situation absolutely needs to be changed before I would consider staying again. I may be able to get out of my wheelchair and walk for a limited time, but many can’t. Staff was friendly but unreachable when needed at night.

Check in was a nightmare. We had requested early check-in, but when we arrived they told us our reservation was switched to sister hotel next door, and early check in was not available, but to go to other hotel for 3 pm. When came back, we were told our room was still not ready, so we waited in hotel lobby until nearly 6 pm, ruining both our afternoon and dinner plans. I would not recomment this site unless you like sitting around a crowded hotel lobby waiting for your room

Staff was very pleasant. Had a problem with our room. Keys let us in what I thought was our room. Unpacked washed up left for dinner. Just to come back to being licked out. Hotel looked after this problem. Day 2 the halls smelled of burning rubber. Toxic smelling, very over powering. Over all stay was ok. Stayed an extra night considering.

Fine place to stay
This hotel is situated close to downtown and a few blocks to the waterfront. It is right around the corner from the Citadel as well. The breakfast was great. I used the workout space and that was really nice too. Rooms are clean and modern. The only challenge I had was with the parking- there is an attached garage in which you need to scan your room key after checking in and it didn't work at first. Some hotel guests tried to help and finally we got it. And I am always surprised when I am charged an additional $25.00 to park at a hotel that it fairly expensive to begin with...
