We arrived to a very grumpy older lady at the desk, who seemed to want to argue???? Not sure why?? It was a shame as it made our night feel awkward and not welcoming, such a difference that a smiling face, on arrival, can make. The room was clean and comfortable. Later we encountered a husband, who was polite but not friendly. Even after a thanked them and said that I loved the spa bath and how nice the lazy boys in our room were. No smile could be managed or even a thank you????!!!! It is a shame. Wont go there again

Second time in 2 weeks staying here this time with the family with young kids. Perfect room layout with the seperate room and the main bed in the lounge slows mum and dad to not have to go to sleep when they do. Only minor things that we noticed; they did have a sign for the bathroom tiles being slippery when wet but this room was really slippery almost like there was a coating on them that made it worse, the previous room I didn’t notice the same. Make sure you time your showers as if lots of rooms are showering at once the showers can fluctuate in temp pretty drastically. Nothing major and would stay again if needing to be close to the hospital.

Loved our stay. Maree & Grant were great and friendly owners. Made us feel super welcome. The rooms are large and modern with all the facilities that you could hope for. Easy parking and excellent location very close to the hospital. Will definitely stay again.
