Noisy area and lots of homeless around.. but didnt feel unsafe and we had no issues. Inside the hotel is lovely- clean, decent breakfast, and the staff and great and willing to help where possible.
It was a very clean hotel, updated and modern. Breakfast was decent. The parking garage was well lit, safe and secure given the area.
Front desk clerk was helpful.
A lot of sirens always going off. Did have a problem with them not cleaning my room when I stayed for 3 days. but the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
This is a new building, up to date, in a downtown location. The room we had was very roomy and the view excellent. Minor maintenance issues dealt with promptly, one challenge was the room temp - it took until the end of our stay to realize that the problem was that the thermostat wasn't reading the room temperature correctly so the ac either stayed on way too long or didn't start (because it thought the room was already the right temp!) By the time we figured it out we were leaving so don't know how quickly it was fixed.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
My family stayed this hotel on Saturday and Sunday. Hotel itself is amazing, very clean and staffs were very kind and friendly. Our stay had been great until Saturday evening. Environment turned at midnight. Bar around hotel was terribly loud (worst experience ever) and we were stressed out and couldn’t sleep. The noise continued to 2-3am, Modified vehicles/bikes also made noise all night long. If we stayed just that day, we didn’t recommend this hotel. But it did not happen Sunday night. If you are lucky to have the room not facing south or the noisy bar is not open, this hotel is amazing.
The city area was very downtrodden with many I housed people and people begging on the corner. While the hotel was clean, it felt very basic, and felt like the bare minimum effort to make guest feel welcome and comfortable. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days. No caffeinated coffee in the room just decaf. Lights on one side of the bed only. No info in the room about the surrounding location (ie where to eat, when breakfast was, etc).
The people working there were very helpful when asked. The breakfast was delicious. But the room felt very sparse.
New hotel, very clean, very nice and helpful staff. The surrounding area feels a bit unsafe to walk (although we were never in danger, there are surveillance cameras and police patrols all the time) and can become quite noisy. But it is still close to a lot of good restaurants and very close to all transit modalities.
