The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower in my room was not working properly and I was moved to a different room. I experienced the same problem. At this point I was too frustrated and annoyed to be changed again. I was staying one night so I used it as is. It was not draining well and water was coming from the top and bottom.

Our stay was AMAZING. All of the hotel staff were so so so nice and welcoming. They were so friendly to our kids. The pool was so warm we spent hours in it. The room was clean and spacious. It was everything we needed/wanted and more. We would definitely stay again when we are back in Canada.

The hotel is fantastic overall, but I do have one issue with the FLO charging stations. While they’re super convenient, they bill you for the entire time your vehicle is plugged in rather than just for the time it’s actively charging. This means that if my car only needs four hours to charge, I have to get up in the middle of the night—at 2 a.m., for example—to unplug it, or I’ll continue to be charged for the rest of the night. The cost isn’t tied to the electricity used; it’s based on the plug-in duration, which can be frustrating.
