Resort is right across from the airport, but you still need to catch a taxi, it’s not walkable! Room looks more crappy than what I expected. The resort has thin walls, I can hear next door getting up and showering at 5am in the morning. Also, I was woken up one morning by staff, they sat on my porch and were chatting 8am in the morning (had to knock on my window to remind them that the room is occupied). I was there during off peak season, noise might be worse during peak season. There are vending machines around to purchase drinks and water, but you need to get coins from the front desk. 3 restaurants and 1 grocery store within walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the resort, which is a plus. Also, view is spectacular.

Being able to walk to the Swizzle and caves was nice but overall this is not a walkable area as in there is not much to walk to other than listed. The staff was great at every request.

This property is not in an ideal location. It's right by the airport and pretty far away from the mainland where all the main attractions are (i.e. Hamilton). It's not super easy to get around either. You have to take the bus or taxi or rent 2 seater electric cars which not odeal if you are family of 3 or more people with kids. Some of the resort stuff are not the friendliest. The front desk assigned me a room that was so inconvenient us with a 2 years old kid. We got the last room on the 3rd floor of the last building on top of the hill. And there's no elevator in the building. I informed them of our inconvenience and asked them to change our room, they said they'll get back to me after checking with the manager but they never did. I asked again the next day and they gave me a negative response. There were many other rooms available too. This was very disappointing. One of their restaurants stuff (Esteban) was the rudest waiter I ever encountered. We went for breakfast and sitting at a table for 10-15 minutes and no one attended us. We needed water, silverware, napkins, etc. When I managed to get an eye contact with Esteban who was about 15-20 feet away from me and motioned with my hand to come to us. He became very angry and acted very rudly and started yelling at me loudly for calling him with my hand instead of saying excuse me. This was very embarrassing and frustrating. Overall, very unpleasant experience. We cut our trip by two days and now fighting for our refund.

Overall, the resort was very comfortable with extremely wonderful staff. I like the location and convenience to the local bus service. The food was good but selection was limited. Breakfast was the same every day.

Stayed one night. Grounds and surrounding area were great. Walk to Tom Moores Jungle, Swizzle Inn, Crystal Caves. Swimming in Cathedral Cave on the grounds was a nice feature along with the beautiful beach. Food was great, service was excellent. We had 3 rooms, 1 could have been cleaner as there was some hair in the bathroom from a previous guest and another there was a musty smell. The 3rd room was clean and no smell. Great view of the bay from all rooms.

Beautiful property; relaxing atmosphere. Fell in love with the cats that live on the property. Nice heated pool and modern gym with lovely views. Jacuzzi is small and was always in use by families, leaving little opportunity for those who wanted to enjoy it. Friendly staff in restaurants and spa. Staff at front desk were not as welcoming and warm. Room had a modern décor but door gash needed fixing and walls needed some touch ups in areas. I was not impressed that there was no one to help carry luggage to rooms. You were left to do it yourself and there are quite a lot of outside stairs and inclines to get to the rooms. It was frustrating that the gift shop only took cash as there is no ATM on site. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Great location and great service
The property is a mix of dated and upgraded facilities(dining). The pool area is in good shape and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. There is a small and very nice protected beach area. If you keep your eyes open you may see the roaming parrot fish. All the meals were well prepared and there is a lot of variety in menu items. Service is spot on. Room (King balcony) was sizable and with a nice view of the inlet. The rooms are a bit dated, however comfortable and kept most of the neighborly noise to a minimum. The resort is a great start point as buses in both directions collect there. A notable item that may a bit for those not use to it are the roaming chickens(and most of the island). You need to be expecting to hear roosters in the morning.
