J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet hotel du 02/07 au 04/07. Franchement rien a dire ,hotel mérite bien ces étoiles.

Hôtel très modeste
On a avais des fourmis plein la chambre Et des cafard je déconseille cette hôtel On a du ce battre pour pouvoir changer de chambre alors que j étai avec ma femme et mon fils de 7 mois

en effet hotel acceuillant mais ........
Cet hôtel semble un peu vieux, il a besoin de rénovation. Le téléviseur ne cadre pas, les chaines satellite sont absentes, le réfrigérateur rouillé et les serviettes un petit peu usées.

Très décevant
Hotel très bruyant, que ce soit par les animations en soirée qui durent parfois très tard ou du fait des clients qui parlent, courent et autre dans les couloirs tôt le matin... Chambre correcte même si j'avais demandé un lit double et que nous avons eu 2 lits simples mis ensemble! Personnel très peu agréable!

كانت اقامة مريحة والموقع كان ممتاز حيث يقع في وسط ياسمين الحمامات وهدا شئ مميز جدا والاكل كان متنوع في المطعم والذي لم يعجبني في الفندق عدم وجود الواي فاي (النت)في الحجرات

Très très mauvaise experience
nous sommes très très déçus de cet hôtel, bien que nous avions pris soins de choisir un 4 étoiles pour justement être sur de passer nos vacances dans un cadre propre et convenable, un cauchemar du début à la fin: a notre arrivée nous devions attendre une journée à la réception qu'une chambre se libère, la tv cassée on nous envoi un technicien qui nous dit d'attendre qu'une chambre se libère pour récupérer une tv, donc pas de tv pendant 4 jours, téléphone HS, trace organiques sur les draps, odeur nauséabondes, pas de serviettes avant 17h, réceptionniste de l'hôtel désagréables, frigo HS, pas de chaise sur la terrasse, la réception nous on fait miroiter une nouvelle chambre tout le long, le buffet du matin que du lait en poudre, jus d'orange en poudre... Cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout ces 4 étoiles il vaut à peine 1 étoile

Ho passato 7 giorni all hotel bravo, personale piacevole italiani amatissimi da tutti i tunisini, spiaggia dell hotel bella e pulita, camere non perfette con qualche macchia o segno sull arredo ma complessivamente buone, ottimo il balconcino sulla piscina! Cibo del ristorante discreto. Ci tornerei ancora

Das Service ist sehr freundlich und insgesamt Ausstattung und Anlage in Ordnung. All-Inclusive-Buffet war gut und auch für die Kinder was dabei. Mit der Sauberkeit darf man es nicht zu genau nehmen (wir sind in Nordafrika ...) und das Wechseln von 2 kaputten Glühbirnen war trotz mehrerer Bitten während unseres eintägigen Aufenthaltes leider nicht möglich ;-) Preis-Leistung war ok. Ein Tip: Zahlungsbestätigung mitnehmen, von uns hätte man (versehentlich?) gerne nochmals kassiert. Die "Gäste-Animation" ist nicht unser Fall, aber vorhanden. Ausflüge und Unternehmungen werden viele angeboten, es stellt sich aber die Frage, ob man zwischen Hotelburgen Kamelreiten und auf der Müllhalde mit dem Quad fahren will. Wir bevorzugen dafür die Sahara. Der Strand dürfte ok sein, war aber noch nicht "in Betrieb", da das Meer noch keine echten Badetemperaturen hatte.
