I had car trouble on the way to the hotel therefore,I couldn’t make it to the hotel . When I called the hotel and hotel.com neither one would help me . Therefore I will not be using neither device again . HOTEL .Com. Or Holiday INN. NEVER AGAIN !!!

The only thing that gave the rating of a 4 out of 5 is the breakfast. I like the waffle/pancake which the machine was out of order like it was 3 weeks ago and my wife wants her oatmeal which they did not have. I will be back in the area on 9/19 and may look for another location so I don’t need to bring my wife to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.
