Whispering Sands Motel was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and nice pillows. Had a ice machine which allowed us to add more ice to our coolers. Best place to eat was Dukes Slick Rock Grill

I loved my stay with them, but staff was not really nice. We forgot something in the room. We called and emailed them more than 10 times. They didnt even answer back. We just wanted to know that you found our stuff that we left. They just ignored.

Slightly cleaned up road side motel with a broken dryer in the laundry room and a toilet that took numerous tries to get it to stop running. Really cramped space in the rooms. On check in I felt that we were imposing for having checked in electronically just before arriving. Will say the maintenance guy was very quick to fix the dryer and super friendly.

For a small place like Hanksville, it’s great! What do you expect a Four Seasons? Some of the negative reviews on here are out of touch. Hanksville is a nice little town.
