Beautiful rooms, including the comfortable bed, beautiful spa bath and double shower. A great quiet space for a nice getaway. Great that we could access sky and Netflix. We would definitely come again, we lived out stay.

Another great stay at Braemar. Service stood out for me this time. My truck was boxed in and they wereire than obliging and helpful to get my vehicle out for me. Service is always great there!

Unfortunately they need to replace bed very saggy middle and gave me a sore back and trip to osteopath. Toilet under rim gross you could see how dirty it was from spa bath and in the mirror. Did love the grand spacious room and own spa pool.

Our room and views were incredible, loved having our own spa onlooking the mountains. However the hospitality of the staff was a little lacking for 5 star accomodation and the restaurant seemed fitting for 10 years ago, but not nearly up to todays standards.

The deluxe spa suite was amazing. Gas fire and hot tub on the balcony really made it a luxury experience. His and hers sinks and showers in the bathroom as well as a large jacuzzi bath. The restaurant was very poor for dinner, long wait for food, all guest we saw were unhappy with the steak and our food was served cold. The waiters did their best to manage everyone’s discontent. The buffet breakfast was great though. Would definitely recommend a visit but make dinner plans off site.

When we arrived we were greeted by staff at reception, nice greeting. Got our key card went to room and the card didnt work. Had to go back to reception and have it loaded properly. Got inside room and looked around. Shower wasnt very clean still soap on the dispensers. Went to have a spa and there was brown floatys and white stuff on top of water floating looked like dead skin. Turned on the gas fire and the room stunk of gas after 20 minutes of use lucky the heat pump worked, the gas fire wouldnt turn off properly and still had a flame. Went out of room for dinner and come back and still stunk of gas. Overall the place was nice but couldnt use outside spa due to it being filthy. Inside spa bath was nice. Would J come back... Yes if there was improvements on the cleaning. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in a spa suite on the ground level. We were blown away by the size and the “old luxury” we loved that there were robes and slippers to wear. The view was an amazing the lodge so peaceful and quite which is why we booked it. The outdoor spa was great but had a leaking deck right above us and water dripping down all around us. Other than that it was perfect. Inside there were small things I noticed odd champagne glasses not matching, mould on the silicon around the bath, tv not fitting it’s gap, uht milk and instant coffee did not give a 5star feel a glass jug of milk & pod coffee machine or plunger would top it off. Dinner was terrible no atmosphere it would have been nice if there was dividers / plants between tables so it wasn’t just a big square room full of empty tables. We shared a bruschetta and had cocktails that were ok, the steak I ordered medium rare it came out well done and looked boiled really chewy and sat on a piece of carrot broccoli and cauliflower no mash very blah and unappealing dessert tasted nice but the brownie was really small not worth $20 and our cheesecake was still frozen. We dined at no. 31 the following night and that was 5star service and food I really think if our dinner at the lodge had been similar we would have had a 5 star review. Manager refunded us so happy we didn’t pay for that. Wait staff and chef were lovely. Lodge just tired needs abit of love we will come back and try again in the future
