Disappointing
We booked 3 rooms for 7 nights for 2024 IAA Transportation at €6,191. We arrived late, and I don't have a kattle (my colleagues have). I called the front desk who asked whether I come with a group from Beijing. I said no then they sent me a kattle which is not working so I took it to the reception at around 8:30pm. Thewere a bit hesitated to give me another one. Then someone finally gave me one then said 'this is for water, not for soup!' It's inappopriate for sure then I escalated. The ladies at front desk then sent me 30euros vochure as apology and explained that was a joke! Really?! Leonardo used to be my choice when I was on business trip but Leonardo Hannover Airport is very disappointing.

If I had to really pick at something I didn’t like it would be that the shower didn’t fully enclose so you just have to be a little careful not to get water all over the floor. Otherwise, fantastic place to stay.

Perfect location if you're flying from Hannover Airport. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. We loved the pancake machine. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, too. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows. They were terrible. Apart from that we had a very good stay.

Absolutely love the room. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Would have loved a minibar though. Very close to the airport and S-Bahn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also loved the fact that I could check-in online way before arrival.

Convenient to the airport and SBahn, but that's about it. Nothing special. A typical budget airport hotel. Very hot in hallways and room when windows are shut all day and only AC in 1 bedm in the suite we stayed in.

This hotel was a great value being so close to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and provided at any time day or night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and provided coffee, water and cleaning products for bath or shower. Very affordable!

Booked 2 nights, but the hotel didn’t know it, wouldn’t actually let me pay on arrival and told me they’d take it from the card they were holding after I leave. After pressing them to let me pay there and then, they tried to charge for 1 night only and said that was what the system said. Wouldn’t let me pay at all in the end saying I’d have to deal with it the next day. Was with friends checking in on a separate booking who had the same scenario and found their room keys with all their stuff in wouldn’t work when coming back into the hotel for the second night with staff saying it wasn’t their room. I found the beds extremely uncomfortable, and whilst to be expected next to an airport the noises overnight from airplanes was extremely loud too so didn’t make for a good night sleep either. The whole experience led us to cancel a further 2 night booking at this hotel that was planned a few days later.

A great location for HAJ airport, it was a 5 minute walk and a shuttle was available. The evening menu was good - with a buffet breakfast.
