Annabelle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of many food establishments and shopping. The hotel can also arrange tours for you and can arrange transport to and from the airport

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very professional and very helpful. Anna who works on the front desk is very informative about the area and can sort travel and excursions at local rates. Thank you to the whole team, they made our stay very pleasurable.

We had the most amazing stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel Hanoi. From the moment we stepped through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and always with a smile, especially Anna and the front desk team. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The location of the hotel was ideal, nestled within close proximity to must-see sights and great dining spots.

The hotel and staff are fantastic. The location is right next to the lake and you have easy access to everything around old town. They also provide plenty of free bottled water and a fantastic breakfast every day. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.However, I have to give a special thanks to Alex the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly, not just at the hotel but even after we left. Tours in Hanoi, booking transportation to Halong Bay and Nihn Bình, and even having a pocket wifi and SIM card ready for us when we arrived, Alex took care of everything perfectly. He even kept in contact long after we had checked out of Hanoi just to make sure everything was going smoothly. A stay at Lotus Boutique will to ensure that you get the most of of your trip if you take advantage of their services. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi.

The customer service was excellent in this hotel. Mia was very forthcoming and she even recommended a Ha Long Bay cruise which was reasonably packaged and well organised. We have never stayed in a boutique hotel however we chose this hotel due to its central location and I would gladly say no regrets! Special shoutout to Mia, Anna who were equally helpful and friendly. We will revisit you guys in future!

All staff are very nice and professional. They will try their best to offer help to the customers and provide recommendations for food and tourist spots. For example, when my friend and I need to leave Hanoi in the morning, the staff even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my friend and me. The caring attitude of the staff makes this hotel a very nice place for accommodation.

Very much appreciate the friendly, helpful and courteous staff.  The room was cleaned  and cozy ... well, I booked a cozy room after all .  My sister and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast; I think the hotel offer a reasonable variety of breakfast options. Overall, we had a very good experience with Lotus Boutique Hotel. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues !

If I would have paid 15 euros for this room, I would still have been disappointed. But for almost 60 bucks I expect way more. Mold everywhere, strange smell, damp, very dated and poor condition in general. We booked this hotel because of the good reviews here in Expedia and we don’t understand anything. Either they are all fake, or I’m drunk. Only positives were the good service in the reception as well as the breakfast that managed to surprise us positively.

A very comfortable, and remarkably quiet oasis amongst the busy streets of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The staff were AMAZING, so hospitable, kind and caring. The location was excellent with so many restaurants, spas and coffee shops within very close proximity.

Hanoi old quarter is very busy! Coming from America it will take time to get use to the city chaos. This hotel is a bit run down. Slow drain , need updates soon? Still functioning, I would give a two stars hotel.
