Fantastic property for exploring Hanoi. We stayed for two nights on our tour of Vietnam. The staff is incredible and willing to help you with dining, tours, and transport. Walkable to shops, restaurants, train street, and much more. On site dining and roof top bar were great. Live music both nights. The included breakfast is inclusive of delicious western and Vietnamese cuisine. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hanoi.

Absolutely fantastic boutique hotel I cannot praise more highly. The staff, brilliant, extremely professional, check-in was flawless. Sky-bar amazing. Infinity pool. Exceptional service and no stress whatsoever from the team. They’re polite and respectful and efficient, speak English. And the breakfast was exceptional and lots of varieties and choices. Homemade coconut wine and passion fruits jam were excellent. And they home baked gluten free bread for my husband. Celebrated my mum 78 years old birthday and the staff were very attentive to the details. Best hotel we’ve stayed in Hanoi. Food in the restaurant was delicious. And the hotel isn’t by the road which is an added bonus as it’s quiet. And the infinity pool was amazing. They’ve their own hotel-airport transfer in comfort and luxury with just around USD 24.00. An amazing experience overall!!

A wonderful hotel in true Hanoi style. A narrow entrance that opens up to a gorgeous interior. The rooftop pool and bar was a welcome evening retreat after a busy day. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. All staff were friendly and attentive. The travel service (Lucy) was amazing with advice and bookings for tours, flights and accommodation saving us much time. The old quarter on your doorstep. We loved our stay at the Peridot Grand.

An absolutely stunning hotel, located in the heart of the old quarter. You can't see the hotel from the street, so it's a lovely surprise to walk through an archway and into such a spectacular and peaceful hotel. Being tucked away also means that you are less affected by traffic noise than most hotels in the Old Quarter. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and spas within walking distance, and Phung Hung Train St is a 5-10 minute walk away. The Phung Hung St murals are also nearby and worth looking at. Every aspect of the hotel was beautifully decorated, and our room (junior suite) was extremely well presented and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was a delight and there are comfortable sun loungers; there is also an indoor jacuzzi which is available free of charge (down the stairs from the pool). The breakfast buffet was excellent with loads of Western and Asian choices, and some fabulous fresh juices and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolat. My only minor grumbles would be that the spa and rooftop bar prices are significantly higher than local prices. E.g. 100,000 VND for a can of local beer, compared to 25-30,000 in nearby bars and restaurants. A fabulous hotel - would definitely stay here again.
