Lovely friendly hotel in the Old Quarter, my room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with views across the city from the restaurant on the roof. Had a great Vietnamese massage in the hotel spa which I would totally recommend. All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay as good as possible. Special thanks to Kelvin the bell hop for always being welcoming and helpful. Top hotel.

Great hotel. Very well located. Staff super friendly. We are staying at this hotel three times over a two week period. They stored our luggage for our trips out to Sapa and Halong Bay. Rooms are lovely

The pictures on the website make this property look nice but you can tell immediately upon arrival that the property is not very clean. Check-in was great and the staff was helpful but our room smelled bad as if people had smoked in the room previously and also the walls were dirty, water-damaged, and had mold on it. The floors were worn and also not very clean. We left the hotel shortly after check-in and went to a different hotel in the Old Quarter for less money but much nicer.

Tout était parfait, le personnel très bienveillant, le service, le petit déjeuner. Grosse déception lorsque nous avons fait le Check ou, ils ont insisté lourdement pour nous faire payer 2 bouteilles d eau du mini bar que nous n avions bien sûr pas utiliser. J ai dû m enerver au bout d un moment pour qu ils lâchent l affaire. Dommage
