Excellent stay due to attentive staff, pristine facilities, great food and service and of course some of the most romantic views over historical Hanoi from a rooftop bar and infinity pool. Great hotel overall with great location. The only thing that would be nice is if the restaurant (for breakfast) was located in an arra other than the basement. It’s well decorated but still… but the service was impeccable they even invited us on the ride back to the airport for free simply because of the ‘inconvenience’ of breakfast being in the basement. Amazing customer service!
