Restaurant food and breakfast was great. Nice clean pool area with a beautiful view. Service was A with staff always around and taking initiative to help. Drivers were excellent as well with airport pickup and drop-off options available. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay we had in Hanoi at the Oriental Jade Hotel. The management and staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room was beautiful, the amenities were terrific, and the rooftop bar, pool, and view were amazing. Walkable distance to all the sites and shopping. Our stay at the Oriental Jade was excellent. The staff were hugely attentive and helpful, providing us with tips for both Hanoi and further afield. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a vast choice of options. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
