Very small compared to the photos! Located on a very convenient location. Hotel has a very odd layout to get to the rooms. Staff are very nice. We had an early flight and we left the hotel at 4:15. They packed our group of 13, to-go breakfast bags.

The West is in a great location in Hanoi, on top of everything. The road turns into a market at weekend, was no problem at all and great to have on your doorstep. Mick the manager is very helpful as is Leo and the rest of the team. Room was lovely and we stayed in Room 401 with a great view of street from balcony. Plan to visit Hanoi in April next year and would definitely book again.
