Check in sucked. A woman told me my room wasn’t available an hour early. Then when I came back at the check in time someone told there had been rooms available and gave me an upgrade. The room was nice. I only stayed one night. It was way more room than I needed.

We were in town for groom expo but didn't want to say so close to all the action. This location was perfect and the lofted suite was exactly what we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and asked us how we were doing and how our trip was going daily at breakfast. Breakfast had the perfect amount of options and was lovely each day. We look forward to staying here again next year.

I thought the property was great! The staff was excellent , the Amenities were great! Breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious and had a great layout. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I always clean rooms when I get to a hotel room. It was poorly done. Large amount of dust. Someone else clothes behind a dresser. I found someone meds in the cushion of sofa. I gave it a good clean and we were good to go.

This hotel suite is amazing! We had so much space! My kids loved it so much they wanted to stay longer. It absolutely was everything plus more that I anticipated. Very spacious! Dresser and drawers in bathroom are very convenient! Big mirror above vanity with mirror on wall if two people needed to apply makeup etc.. everything was clean!!! Very impressed!! The suite is like a studio apartment . It included towels , blankets. Full Size fridge , stove , oven, microwave ,pack play for toddler. The staff was absolutely great ! Anything needed they provided ! The cool thing without me even knowing when booked it Is theirs huge thrift store across the street. I give Expedia and this hotel suite top stars 10 stars but they deserve more!! Great place for kids and family to stay. It only took us "

Overall, we liked the hotel. Front desk very friendly. Free breakfast was great. My only issues were that the indoor pool ran out of towels and housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They did come to remove the trash and bring us fresh towels when we called.
