This hotel suite is amazing! We had so much space! My kids loved it so much they wanted to stay longer. It absolutely was everything plus more that I anticipated. Very spacious! Dresser and drawers in bathroom are very convenient! Big mirror above vanity with mirror on wall if two people needed to apply makeup etc.. everything was clean!!! Very impressed!! The suite is like a studio apartment . It included towels , blankets. Full Size fridge , stove , oven, microwave ,pack play for toddler. The staff was absolutely great ! Anything needed they provided ! The cool thing without me even knowing when booked it Is theirs huge thrift store across the street. Overall, we liked the hotel. Front desk very friendly. Free breakfast was great. My only issues were that the indoor pool ran out of towels and housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They did come to remove the trash and bring us fresh towels when we called.

The room was large in size and fairly clean. We did not have any bedding for the pull out couch. When my husband went to the front desk, they didnt have anymore blankets. He was told to call corporate and complain. When he asked for more towels since we are a family of 5 and only had 3, she told him she didnt have any clean and that they dont hire cleaners for night time. She did end up finding a few more towels. The bathroom was moldy and not clean.

Great Family Stay at Reasonable Price.
Excellent and comfortable accommodations for a family (2 adults, 3 children) without breaking the bank. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet was great: eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, coffee, fruit, juices, milk, etc.

I have stayed at much better Marriott Hotels before. This place was definitely not up to the normal Marriott standards. Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the suite that we got was beautiful and a very good price. Cons: We were given the wrong room. We were 4 people in a suite with 2 queen size beds and a pull out sofa bed - 2 women (not a couple), a 14 year old girl and a 15 year old boy. We all needed a bed. I got one bed, my friend and her 14 year old daughter ended up sharing a bed and her 15 year old son got stuck with the sofa bed. When we opened it for him, there wasn't any bedding or pillows anywhere so I called down to the front desk and found out that the concierge there was all by herself without anyone there from housekeeping. She apologized and told me that she couldn't leave the desk so someone unfortunately would have to go down there and pick up the bedding from her. I volunteered to do it so I went back outside and walked all around the property at midnight by myself over to the front lobby. When I arrived, there was another guest waiting there for the same exact reason as me - her room didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed either. So somebody there is obviously not doing their job if multiple rooms are experiencing the same problems. Other problems with our room - a visibly gross and broken hair dryer, no drinking cups, body lotion or body wash in the bathrooms along with crumbs & wrappers under the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Great property, lovely little homes with full on kitchen. Very safe, very quiet. Indoor and outdoor pools are well kept. Close to Hershey park attractions and nearby outlet, pharmacies and Walmart- all within drivable distance (under 10 min) Amazing breakfast, always fresh and hot! Bedding/linen are soft and fresh. Perhaps need to upgrade or improve utensils, cutlery, pots and pans. Also no garbage bags- they should be stored under kitchen sink- had to ask daily to have them replenished
