Good one night stay
Nice hotel- clean and modern. Needed to be near JMu for games. Door slams hard and no vent in bathrooms. Otherwise good stay with tea and coffee at front which I always appreciate.

I’m super picky about hotels but I think I found my new go to. The entire hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff was so friendly and helpful at check in. The sheets are a little cheap but the bed is probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve experienced.

Room for improvement
Overall the hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but a couple of issues: 1. I requested a microwave and they said they’d provide it. I reminded them twice but never received it so had to go to the lobby multiple times to reheat food for my kids. 2. The TV kept turning off by itself after a few minutes and I mentioned this to them they gave a couple of diagnostic suggestions but they didn’t work. So we weren’t able to enjoy the TV our entire 3 days and nights. 3. The blackout blinds kept rubbing and getting stuck on the track. I think either the blinds or track were installed incorrectly. We had to open and close them each evening and morning and one of us has to make sure the blinds didn’t get stuck on the track; this was especially annoying.

I had to take a cold water shower. No hot water! Also, shower head was facing the open door and floor area outside of shower got wet. I am too short to move the shower head to center of the shower floor.

10 hour stay....
This is a new hotel: clean trendy, eco friendly. The room was small. Big enough for a king size bed, but enough space for one person to walk around it. So for those with a baby - it's not enough room to set up a basinet. I heard alarms at 6am from other rooms, as well as the semi trucks from outside. Very basic breakfast. Overall, we just needed to spend the night and get back on the road. It was good and the price was right.
