Our stay was awesome! Great rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Rooms were clean. Super quiet during the day and night. Continental breakfast was good. Customer service was exceptional.

Absolutely not.
This hotel stay was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had and we stayed in hundreds of not thousands of hotels. Besides that this hotel is really really old (I can deal with) it was nasty. The sheets, comforters, pillow cases on both beds were broken, dirty and stained with blood and other things. The curtains, fridge, and microwave also dirty. The door lock was broken and the light in the room did not work. We had to get new everything in order to be able to sleep and they didn’t have clean comforters available or another room available even though there were only about 6 cars parked. This location needs to be looked into by corporate.

Key troubles
My coworker and I stayed 4 nights on this trip. We both had to ask the front desk to rekey our room keys. After the 2 or 3rd time, I asked about the keys not working. The front staff worker barely acknowledged my inquiry about the keys and blow off my question. We've stayed at this location at this time of year for the last 5 or 6 years. I believe this will be our last time staying here.

Mold, stains, body fluids?
Mold on the curtains, mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and oh wait, is that bodily fluids on the bed sheets? Room stunk of marijuana. Lobby stunk of cigarettes. Spent less than 1 hour here and decided no way. Traveled another hour just to get away from this disgusting place. When we went to the front desk, he left us waiting in the lobby while he went to smell the room. 10 minutes later comes back and says he doesn't smell anything. Well, maybe that's because your lobby smells like people are chain smoking in it so you are numb to any smell. Not able to get a refund because we booked through hotels.com. Frustrated by other reviewers, this place is disgusting.

Ok hotel
Nice stay, but breakfast wasn’t the best. Could have better option and working waffle maker. Also the treadmill wouldn’t work because the safety key was removed and the outlet by the bed didn’t work
