I’ve stayed Many Comfort Inn and they usually have a standard that that they uphold. This does not uphold any standard. I would say it is similar to a quality Inn or red roof. If you’re gonna stay in that area, you should spend a little more money and get a better hotel room stay in had a very thin window and not a blackout shade so at night time there was a very, bright light in the parking lot that shown through the window and lit up the room so it was very hard to sleep. The AC hardly worked granted it wasn’t the summer, but it was still a warm night. The fabric on the desk chair was ripped in torn didn’t really feel comfortable sitting in the chair to do work. The bed was clean, but not comfortable. The elevator seemed to be very old and worn out. Sometimes it felt like the doors were not going to open the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is very sketchy. I went to get Chinese food and the Chinese place look like it should’ve been shut down, but it was open, probably a good area to avoid. If you don’t get stuck with the room, I had with the light shining through the window. I’m sure you’ll sleep a lot better than me. And if you want to save money in the area since you’re here for work, probably a good place to stay otherwise I wouldn’t stay here if I was on vacation or not working

We were there 4 nights. After the first morning, we asked the desk clerk to have someone check our sink as it drained very slowly. We again asked a day or two later but it was never fixed. We stay here twice a year for 3-4 nights each, and this was the first time the staff was less than stellar.

When me and my husband arrived, there was no one to check me in I had to ring the bell twice to get someone’s attention. The rooms were okay, some blankets had holes and there wasn’t enough pillows when I requested more. Breakfast was good. Nothing special. There were some stains on the blankets.

The room I had booked was supposed to have coffee/coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. It had the fridge but it was iced over also they only offered decaf coffee. The air conditioner was also iced up and it soaked the whole floor. It was terribly hot the whole time I stayed. They said they would send someone to look at it and it never happened.
