The shower was warm at best. The wash sink didn't have hot water. I'm a plumber so I investigated. The hot water valve was turned off, when I tried to turn it on, water was gushing out the valve. This is an easy fix for even low skilled plumbers. This is unacceptable.

We have stayed at this location over the years out of convenience of the location and affordability. We have experienced a smell of pot/weed in the hotel before... but this time it was unbelievably strong. We've always smelled it in the elevator, but this time we were on the third floor and when we got of the elevator the pot/weed smell was overwhelming!! Thought this was a "smoke free" property! Very disappointing, we will be staying elsewhere from now on.
