1 Elevator broken, down buttons not working on the other one. Pool closed, fitness center mostly broken. Disgruntled guests everywhere. WiFi is terrible. Stains on rugs. No towel rack in the bathroom. Unresponsive management. Very poorly maintained facility.

This property should probably be condemned. The carpet is super foul with stains and when my partner stepped on it in his socks, his feet got wet. Stains on the ceiling. We came into our room and quickly got dressed for a wedding. The lighting was so bad and the mirror so scratched I could barely see myself to put my makeup on. After the wedding we promptly repacked our bags and left. We drove around CT for two hours looking for another place to stay (it turns out end of Sept is prime wedding time so all hotels were sold out). I’m so tired but I’m grateful I didn’t have to spend the night there. The people were nice and you could tell they were doing their best, but I would have been better off camping in a tent.

I had an overall good stay on downfall was that the indoor pool was out of service, and one of two elevators was out of order. The room was clean bed was really comfortable and staff was friendly

Great location, lots of dining options within walking distance, shopping across the road and other options in short driving distance. Quiet, lots of parking, and room was perfect for the few nights I needed during my business trip.

We walked in and noticed that the carpet was very dirty and then looked in the bathroom and there was a roach stuck in the sink basin trying to get out. We took pictures and went to the front seat to request a refund. They said they would grant it but we had to go through hotels.com to get the money back, so we rented a Holiday in Express and stayed there. That hotel was great. The next day I called Hotels.com and they granted me a full refund for Comfort inn that we only stayed 5 minutes in. Thanks

Booked a room here for the listed amenities. None of the amenities were available. Room was clean & had some updating. Public areas needed some cleaning. Good location, decent value. Place could use some work. I'd stay there again if the price is right.

Horror hotel
1st off upon entering the outside of the building was dirty walked into the main lobby. The floors were dirty the counter was disgusting. The attendant was rude. I asked to cancel my room because of the sight when I walked in and then to the fact that they had a typed up note saying the pool was closed. The attendant then tells me I can’t cancel my room if I did then I would loose my money so I had no choice but stay. Went to the elevator one was broken the other only the only had the number 2 button the other buttons were broke. Finally made it to the room. Oh my God. It smelled like cigarettes, the ac was left on so it was freezing cold. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. The toilet over flowed and the shower was leaking. This hotel looked like something off of a horror movie or a squatter building. I would never recommend no one to stay there. And don’t even try to ask to speak to a manager they must don’t work because there was none there to complain too.
