Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful but the building is old, uninviting and dirty. Sheets were dingy, toilet didn’t work and bathrooms had mold. This building needs a total renovation.

Disgusting.
The front desk person acted as though she was either just woken from a deep, deep sleep, or she was very high/drunk on something. She was stumbling around, sighing heavily, couldn’t get the job of checking us in done. Another person took over eventually. We booked two rooms and requested them near each other. They weren’t near each other. We were traveling with family who booked a 3rd room, also not near our 2 rooms, and the staff tried to charge them for two rooms AND us for 2 rooms. The rooms were disgusting. Stains/splatter on walls, carpet, curtains, etc. The bathrooms had black mold on the tub/wall. The ceiling tiles were discolored, falling down, and falling apart. Sinks had pink mildew, no stoppers, and still drained slowly. I did not want to be in that room, let alone sleep or shower there. Would never return and would never recommend.

Honestly this property needs a little love. The heater-AC unit was very noisy and woke me up everytime it kicked on. The room and carpet were not too clean. The shower was broken and spewed water on the floor even with the curtain shut tight. The fridge froze our food, the little nob was broken to adjust the temperature and the freezer unit was taken out, the door to the fridge also did not close. We were unable to turn on the TV. The dresser was missing wood veneer and had sharp edges. Internet was so slow even tough we were closest to the reception. The hotel was full to capacity. But the staff was very nice, breakfast was ample with yogurts and waffles and bagels. The caretaker of our breakfast was very nice. There was a nice restaurant right by the hotel called Skyline that actually had Karaoke and halloween costumes on Oct 26th. We had a hoot. Not far from Six Flags.

Clean spacious room...staff was super friendly and helpful... there was issue with the TV and the staff moved my room. They got me to my new room and they went and got me a new key..so i didn't have to wait in line again

The property needs serious updating. The rooms and doors have paint chipping off the walls and bathroom door. Spiders webs in shower. Shower drain loose. No smart phone outlets on nightstand. Stingy with towels. It took an act of Congress just to get TWO sets of towels, face towels and wash cloths. The only fortunate quality about this property is its location. It sits right by the airport. The shuttle and the hot showers were the only two things going for the property. Other than that I would not stay there again.

The hotel needs updating and cleaning. It is very convenient to Bradley airport and you can park your car there for $8 per day and they have a free shuttle.
