Room was need of updating. Front of AC unit literally fell off while watching tv in bed. We told housekeeping and front desk. Neither were surprised - said it happens all the time! Luckily, it didn’t fall off in the middle of the night as it was loud when it fell. Toilet barely flushed.

We were all positive when we arrived check in was great and friendly. The boys went up to the room and we went to get luggage. We went to our room and walked in the boys were sitting on the beds and didnt say anything all of a sudden after walking in it hit me the smell was awful!! It made me sick instantly my husband headed down stairs and the boys and i went out to the hallway. I was getting more nauseated as we stood there. I made it downstairs to the bathroom where I threw up. Not sure how to explain the smell. But it was bad! They moved us to another room on a different floor. After awhile i went there and there was still a smell so i left and walked outside for some fresh air. The boys and my husband sprayed perfume all over and into the vent on the air-conditioning. It still had a odor but i pluged in the air freshener that i had in my truck which was bath and body works ( I forgot to remove it when we left so yea your welcome). We spent the next day at six flags so when we arrived back to our room it smelled alot better. I had booked this from Expedia or I would have just asked for my money back. Besides the smell are stay was nice. Pool, and beds and the breakfast was great. The staff was all pleasant as well!!

This my 4th time staying here with my children and our friends. Great option for families visiting Six Flags. Nice clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and pool/hot tub. Very affordable and conveniently located next to food and shopping options. Highly recommend.

Great staff!
Staff was extremely personable, and welcoming. Extremely responsive to questions. Hotel was clean as can be. Pillows were a little soft for my liking, but thats just personal preference.

Receptionist was short staff treat me poorly had problems with check in and this person mad telling me how much she hate third parties that is always an issue it was a real bad experience a representative from Expedia call this receptionist she also give her a bad attitude won’t let her or me talk not trying to solve the problem I want to thank Expedia employees they all help me and did not leave me till we find a solution than you

I have to say I stay from 7/13/24 2 nights I arrive at 2:50 pm by day and time management should know the name of that receptionist very bad attitude not profesional and very rude..I made a complaint no one has contact me and I know a person like this must have more complaint I love Hampton Inn Hotels never got treated so poorly and disrespected ..it is sad that this employee damage all the good that the hotel has..The rest of employees are very profesional very attentive and the hotel is excellent.
