just checking in (we're older couple in 70's) stuck in a 2 x4 we can't see what they are doing with our cards pass the cubby getting in no receipt to make sure we paid hotel.com price (you just might be getting a phone call when the bill comes in ) given ground floor when we asked for top eventually got it no tissues no alarm clock no shampoo no do not disturb sign blood on sheets beds right up against wall so we can't be sure that they change the bed after every customer terrible creaking as in someone dumpster diving, heavy noisy halls and traffic and 2 cops were there at 6:30 pm or so STAY AWAY IT;S AWFUL i couldn't sleep went to visit daughter and felt too weak to drive back same day never again

Wasn’t too bad for a couple nights. Get a room in the courtyard nearest the front desk. Seems to be quieter there.

The place is being run like a crack house never felt safe while trying to check in. Manager extremely rude and when we told him we were going to cancel our reservations , he told us to leave now or he would call the police. We contacted expedia and they refused ro help us a d wantwd ro xharge us $265 to get a refund.
