The heat was off when we got to our room and was FREEZING, it is January and was 5°c (40°f) outside. We cranked the heat and took our dogs for walk. I was a little better when we got back. And was comfortable after 5 hours. The halls were outside our room were freezing still so I assume they turnded the heat off for that block of rooms. The cleanliness, was a whole different thing, scum ring around the tub but again it was for one night so we delt. They did offer to change our room duw to the cold but our dogs were settled so we got extra blanks and made it work since it was for one night.

I went down for breakfast at 8AM into a multi- purpose room that had Dinner lighting and all of the window shades pulled closed. It’s a dark and sleepy atmosphere. No coffee was ready and the young lady seemed confused as to why there was no coffee in the full hot water container.

Winter Breeze and stained sheets
Stayed in the winter, room had a breezy draft coming in, needed the heat on 79 degrees high to keep it around I would say high 60s low 70s. Bedsheets had noticeable stains in spots and one bed had sharpie writing on it. The rug in between the beds was not vacuumed recently, moved it under the bed so I didn’t walk in it barefoot. Bathroom was very nice, but the sheets and lack of insulation were the main issue for me. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it necessary.

I check in and they give me a room that hasn’t even been cleaned. Beds are a mess, garbage bags on floor, dirty towels in bathroom. They give me another room which was better. However, the hallways are about 15 degrees colder than the main area, the bathroom in our 2nd room has a cracked sink counter top, mold inbreeding back splash behind the faucet as well. Went to have the breakfast that was included the next morning, the only hot item they had was waffles and they only had one machine to make them. No other hot food even though they had signage out there implying they did. I’ve paid at most $10 more a night than I did for here and the amenities and the experience was 100 times better. I would not recommend coming back here and next time, I will spend the extra $10 and drive a little further for a better experience.

The entire building was FREEZING . The first room took more than30 mins to warm up , and once it finally got warm, I realized there was an aluminum pan with food in their from a previous guest. I was able to switch rooms, no discount or apology. The next room was even more cold and took longer to warm up . The WiFi was HORRIBLY slow I ended up using my mobile hotspot for my work computer. When I went to get something to drink from the front desk, the housekeeping room was open and lit up and there were beer bottles (Budweiser to be exact) open and out around the laundry folding area. While I washing my face this morning, I realized the bathroom sink faucet was covered with mold and it was ALOT of it. Check out was at 11am and At 11:10 they called my room telling me I was supposed to be out. I was fully packed and was going back and forth to load my car but, even after the call, they sent a staff member to knock on my door and tell me to leave at 11:27am to be exact. I have never been rushed out of a hotel or gone through something so uncomfortable and unprofessional. The hotel was also very empty. MINIMAL guests were there. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER
