The staff at this property was great. The hotel was certainly in need of some updates but the room was quiet and the breakfast was great. It was a fine place to stay one night as we were passing through to our final destination

The Baymont in Hays, Kansas is always my "go to" place when driving long distance with my cat. It is always clean and friendly. I especially appreciate Jamie at the front desk, as she is delightful and always checks me into my room quickly and with ease. I like this hotel a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Baymont Hotel in Hays, Kansas is always my "go to" place to rest after a long drive with my cat. The hotel is very clean, a good free breakfast, easy to check in, convenient location, excellent customer service, and a friendly family run hotel. I never go any place else.

This motel was in poor condition. Flies & spiders. Showerhead, plaster loose. Wobbling.

We could hear other guests after we turned on for the night (likely construction workers ?) talking outside on the parking lot right under the outside entrance of our room. Didn't last too late, but was hoping to get to sleep early after a long day on the road.

The room was clean and the facility was nicely decorated. It was for sure an economy hotel but it was nice to where you appreciated the cost savings and didn't feel like you sacrificed.

We paid nearly $100 because that was the price when we reserved. The quoted price for the night of our reservation was $35 less but the motel would not honor the lower price. The motel was not worth $100. The door went to the outside (never a safe feeling) and the electricity in bathroom did not work - hence no electric toothbrush or shaver or hair dryer or curling iron could be used.

The staff was AWESOME. We were allowed an early check in. The rooms were clean. The only issue we had was not able to turn on the shower. The property is being upgraded. This motel was great for a single night stay.
