Check in was easy and they allowed early check in as I am a best western rewards member (otherwise $30 more). Pool is not heated and no hot tub but clean and fairly empty. Beds comfortable. They put us in an adjoining room to a family with young children who screamed and ran all day and night so it was impossible to sleep. Very thin walls.

Great stay. Highly recommend.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. Only drawback was there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa and it was not comfortable. Overall a very good stay. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back again.
