Tolle Lage, freundliche bis zum Teil sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Hervorragendes Frühstück, Bett sehr bequem, Duschboden zu rutschig

Empfang bei der Ankunft: Bevor wir irgend etwas sagen konnten wurde uns gesagt: Zimmer ist noch nicht frei! Das war uns um 12.00 auch klar, aber vielleicht ein freundliches Guten Tag als erste Begrüssungsworte wären angebrachter gewesen. Die folgten dann an zweiter Stelle, aufgesetzt und abgeleiert. Für den Parkplatz bezahlten wir 8 Euro täglich, ein Platz war aber nicht garantiert.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit bester Lage am Hafen und in Fussdistanz zu Heiligenhafen. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Grosse Zimmer. Jederzeit wieder

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Umsicht und Freundlichkeit des Frühstückspersonals. Das Frühstück selbst ist ebenfalls hervorragend, abwechslungsreich mit großer Auswahl.

Bildschönes Hotel mit super Personal

Pros: Das Personal und das Frühstück
Cons: Etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail beim Zimmerservice und den Wellnessbereich früher öffnen.
tja, unser Aufenthalt ist leider vom Winde verweht worden, es war sehr kalt mit Regen und Sturm aber dafür kann man ja niemanden verantwortlich machen. Leider schliessen am Abend die Restaurants um 21 Uhr und dann ist der Ort ausgestorben, es bleibt nur die Hotelbar (mit fantastischem Personal) was auf Dauer auch nicht befriedigend ist . Der Strandurlaub ist also aufgrund des Wetters ins Wasser gefallen ebenso wie die Erkundung der Umgebung.
