Thank you for your feedback.Nice to hear you liked our common areas and your studio.We send check in instructions to our guest before hand and check in done with self check in tables since we don't have staff on the site 24/7, if needed help you can reach host day time (8:00-22:00). Studio pictures don't show television in the studios, but if needed they can be rented. We also have television in the common areas. We hope you still had nice stay even you had some problems with the check in.You are warmly welcome back again anytime.
