This friendly *** one-room apartment for one to three people is located on the second floor of the high-quality renovated villa overlooking the old trees of the adjacent forest area. Summery colors determine the cozy and tasteful decor. The living room has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area for three people, satellite TV / DVD / stereo, a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for the third person. Living room and hallway offer plenty of storage space for personal belongings. The living area is designed with allergy friendly laminate flooring. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hair dryer, make-up mirror and storage space. For a small fee in the basement of the system washing machine and dryer are available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable underground car park. The parking space for your car on the property of the plant is included in the price.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. 

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ist Alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, egal ob Strand oder Restaurant und Geschäfte.

Wohnung in Ordnung aber Bautelle vor der Tür!
Bis auf kleinere Abnutzungen ist die Wohnung in Ordnung. Bei Bezug war sie sehr sauber. Allerdings wurde uns die Woche vermiest, da direkt vor der Tür bzw. unseren Fenster, die zur Straße rausgehen, eine Baustelle ist. Ab schon vor 07:00 Uhr morgens ging der Presslufthammer an und es wurde gebaggert. Bei einer guten "Betreuung / Verwaltung" des Appartments hätten wir zwingend vorab darauf hingewiesen werden müssen. Darauf angesprochen wusste man gar nicht um diese Baustelle. Anscheinend ist nie einer vor Ort oder man macht es sich einfach. Kein schöner Urlaub für uns!
