Beautiful, large, airy new rooms. Wonderfully hospitable staff. Attentive to your needs in advance of your arrival. This property is right by the cliff walk where you can watch for whales. You can grab an afternoon bite and cocktails at a popular bar bayside across the street. Center of town is about 1/2 mile away.

Elegant hotel with fabulous service
A gem of a hotel —elegant, comfortable rooms with glorious ocean views. The breakfast are huge and delicious. But what makes the hotel are the staff members . I’ve never been at a hotel were the staff felt like friends who joked with us and cheerfully anticipated our every need. One evening my husband didn’t feel like eating out, so we got some take out from a local restaurant. When they saw us arrive with it, the staff immediately got plates and cutlery and glasses for us and set us up in the pretty garden. We didn’t want to leave this haven .

Best Boutique Hotel in Hermanus
The hotel was perfect! Great location, extremely friendly staff, clean, beautiful views and delicious breakfast included. If you are going to Hermanus, this is THE BEST PLACE to stay for sure!

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and made to your preference. The location was great with the cliff walk directly opposite the hotel and it was a quick walk to many great restaurants. Parking was also secure and safe. Would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight in Hermanus en route to shark diving in Gansbaai. The property is very attractive. Our sea view room was large, clean and stylish, with many extra amenities such as a heated towel rack and bath robes. The hotel staff is notably professional and amazing, going out of the way to be friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay
Friendly staff greeted us at the gate of the parking lot. This was a very quaint, friendly, fresh and clean boutique hotel. The morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. Across the street is Fick’s Pool which had a very beautiful restaurant with great food and beautiful scenery. It was a great experience all around.

Hotel is really well located, close to the beautiful trail overlooking the ocean, plus its walking distance to the lovely city center that has lots of restaurants. The view from the room was stunning. The hotel offers nice ammenities in each floor such as coffee, tea, a small fridge, etc. The room was spacious and very clean.

Modern, beautiful, gem in Hermanus
The kind of place you would like to visit often - staff were so kind and helpful, hotel rooms were spacious, modern and had beautiful views over the ocean (we stayed in a sea facing room), and overall just so peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Upstair rooms clearly better than our ground floor room that was small, and plenty of background noise. Reception staff amazing. Breakfast nice but not outstanding. Our issue was it didn’t feel a 5 star property

Perfect stay in Hermanus
Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, beautiful little details like offering a nightcap upon returning from dinner. Room was very large with perfect view. Would recommend anyone stay, for price it’s 10/10.
