Having a suite with the kitchenette is always very convenient. Not much staff around but when we needed stuff we got it place was clean. Lots of restaurants and walking distance and close to outlet. Also dog friendly so definitely coming back.

Everything was great except the condition of the bathroom. It desperately needed to be renovated. It was clean and worked, but the shower spout and shower head desperately need replacing and look like they could fall off at any moment.

We booked two adjoining rooms because we had 7 family members celebrating my mom's 81st birthday. We love how spacious the suites are. We also love how conveniently located the hotel is to the outlet shopping. We also enjoy dinner at the Timber Creek restaurant. We like that we can walk to the restaurant from the hotel.

I would not recommend this specific hotel. We checked in after a 10 hour drive and our room had numerous stink bugs crawling the walls. We were moved to another room and this room also had numerous stink bugs covering the curtains and walls. Upon talking with front desk they stated there was nothing they could or would do. Other hotels were fully booked. Stated they can not get this controlled even with hotel being sprayed.

The place was very nice.. I had rained a lot, so I don't know if there was ground water seeping up through the concrete, or what, but we did have water on the kitchen floor in a certain area, when you stepped on the floorboards.
