We booked two adjoining rooms because we had 7 family members celebrating my mom's 81st birthday. We love how spacious the suites are. We also love how conveniently located the hotel is to the outlet shopping. We also enjoy dinner at the Timber Creek restaurant. We like that we can walk to the restaurant from the hotel.

I would not recommend this specific hotel. We checked in after a 10 hour drive and our room had numerous stink bugs crawling the walls. We were moved to another room and this room also had numerous stink bugs covering the curtains and walls. Upon talking with front desk they stated there was nothing they could or would do. Other hotels were fully booked. Stated they can not get this controlled even with hotel being sprayed.

The front office manager was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly. The beds didn’t look like they were made up properly but they were comfortable. I would recommend this place.

The place was very nice.. I had rained a lot, so I don't know if there was ground water seeping up through the concrete, or what, but we did have water on the kitchen floor in a certain area, when you stepped on the floorboards.

We stayed for two nights to do some shopping. Check-in was long - we waited quite awhile for someone with system access to complete this process. A maintenance personnel kindly attempted to do the check-in process while we waited. The room had an unusual odour. Possibly stale smoke? Overall room as nicely equipped with a kitchenette and large washroom and closet. Very clean, beds were comfy. The onsite “store” was also well equipped. Very quiet, quality sleep. Pool area was nice. I would stay again but ask for nonsmoking room.

The lady at check in was not very friendly. The room was nice. The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly and the air conditioner made a squeaky noise which continuously woke me up throughout the night. The room was not cleaned every day. No fresh towels. Beds not made every day. Best part of this hotel is the restaurant next door that you can walk to. The younger lady at checkout was friendly.

Someone was arguing loudly for quite a while. Staff didn’t know how to activate the room keys, they didn’t work at first try so the front desk person programmed them each another 3 or 4 times for good measure perhaps. Common areas were really unclean. The garbage outside the second floor elevator was bad the day we got there and worse the next day. We wouldn’t stay here again.
