Broken entry door lock. I was locked in my room due to the interior slide lock. Also broken. There wasn’t even a lock on the bathroom door. I have pictures and video that I could send. I recommend that you not put this property in your rental options.

Cute cozy comfortable quiet hotel you can't even tell you're by the highway. Staffed was friendly and commentating. One of the best hotels I stayed in in a while

I went for the pool which was closed down I drove over 2 hours for my anniversary. The place was not clean it said there was breakfast the got cold muffins and there was coffee which I can’t drink. All the ice machines were broken. My heat was broken in my room it was just over all horrible. But at least I had my jetted tub I guess.

The overall condition was old and dingy. The outer doors locking system did not work, and the locks on room doors were pretty insufficient. The pictures shown are mostly from a different era.

For the price this was above average. Room was large. Shower had hot water. It had an indoor pool! I have not seen an indoor pool at this price point. On the downside the free breakfast was limited.

It was an okay property. Swimming pool was not maintained very well, but we still managed to enjoy it a little. Our room overlooked the swimming pool area and had a balcony. Kind of nice. Unfortunately our heater quit working while we were sleeping and started blowing cold air, so we woke up freezing, and my friends granddaughter was shivering. Shower didn't drain properly, but the water was nice and warm. Rooms are quaint, but a little outdated. T.V. worked, and had some cable channels. It would be nice to get some type of refund but the front desk didn't offer one when I explained the trouble we had. All in all we were a bit disappointed.

Very nice. Great price. Love the pool area but pool was closed 4 of the 5 days thats the only reason condition has 4 out of 5 stars. But they gavea free night for next time. Great place!!!!

Where should I start. One of the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Toilet hardly works, phone doesn’t work, alarm clock does not work, iron board been broke. You cannot even control the heat. It’s set on 68. Cold asf. Might even check my shoes for roaches before I leave. Don’t ever stay here. You have been warned.

Showers were covered in mold. Other family had dirty towels in their shower. Kids got kicked out of the pool during swimming hours. Key cards did not work and we got locked out of rooms repeatedly, for other rooms too. Hotel seemed short staffed and unavailable at front desk. Frustrating for as much as we paid. There was an arcade which was fun for the kids. We were provided a roll away bed which was nice

The pool was dirty, cloudy hair floating and brown bottom. Our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days we had to call the desk every night for towels and wash clothes, we even left the dirty towels in the hallway and took out our own trash they never put new bags in the pals or replaced our toiletries we even asked the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders. The hallway smelled of cigarettes even though all the rooms were labeled with a no smoking symbol. The continental breakfast was stale muffins, coffee and old apples.

Something's hiding underneath the bed!
Check in was rushed with no review of the facility. A pet fee was charged for my pets. Upon entering the hallway where the room was located there was a strong odor of mildew with a dehumidifier running. The heat in the room didn't work. Bathtub was rusty and pitted with a drain that didn't work properly. Complaints to the desk were answered by sending maintenance out to fix the heat but nothing on the shower/tub situation. They didn't even offer to move us to a different room. My dog kept trying to dive under the bed, which I didn't really pay much mind to until the next morning when one of my shoes had come up missing. Sure enough there is was under the bed along with a bunch of garbage including food wrappers/containers and enough dirt and hair to fill a Pennsylvania pot hole! I was really ticked off at paying a pet fee when the room wasn't even Cleaned. Sorry I should have taken pictures.
