My rooms was dirty! My linen was dirty the shower curtains was dirty! You can tell they not keeping up with this hotel! Being a Choice hotel I thought it would be better kept up!!!

Good staff. But property is in poor condition. (E.g. stains on hallway floors, old dirty shower curtain, crumbs in the bed). The big negative was the potent foul smell of smoke. This place needs a renovation.

Got our room key stolen from the pool area from another guest. Reported it and the front desk attendant was very helpful and concerned. She then told me later that night that guest was arrested and removed off the property. Stain in refrigerator was the only thing in room that wasn't top notch. Excellent pool with hot tub attached. No sauna it was removed years ago.

Property should not be offered on your platform. Makes you look bad, run down boarded windows extremely dirty, cancelled upon checkin was not granted a refund call Expedia they did nothing about it!!! Never again

Had to ask front desk for cleaning wipes due to surfaces not being cleaned, toilet did not look like it had been cleaned recently, carpet so dirty would not go without shoes, hallways and stairs were not even vacuumed, shower curtain filthy

They actually have their pool open and aren't bait and switch artists like most of those foreign owned hotel. Could actually understand the staff, they were helpful and very polite. Best hotel in the area for the price.

FILTHY BATHTUB AND SHOWER CURTAIN AND COMMON SPACE
Filthy ... left asap rhe next morning. Initially was given a rundown room at the back of the property... Had not been cleaned and worst yet smelled of cigarette smoke... complained... was assigned a different room... Told" take this room i ve never had any complaints" The bathtub was filthy clearly had not been cleanned fir quite a while w significant dirt rings ... the shower curtain had MAJOR mold and filth on the bottom gad clearly nit been washed in months ... The hvac did not allow to run justbfan and as my eyes began to itch ibran the ac all nite ... which turned off and on loudly 5 times waking myself and my spouse each time ... Look, it was a lower priced hotel but 4vdays earlier in toledo wevhad a similar room butbitvwas spotless .. my stomach girts rn thinkingvaboutbthe experience .. awful.
