Nice property for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were clean but the A/C was very noisy thru the night. They did have a bar and restaurant downstairs with a minimal fare. But all in all it was a nice hotel.

This is a very old property not upto Marriott standards, this should be a 2 star hotel. Only useful for people flying from Duelles Airport. Nearest coffee shop is 5 miles.

Front desk staff was extremely rude. This hotel seems to have problems pulling up Expedia specific bookings. Another party trying to check in had the same problem with the attendant finding the Expedia reservation. Check-in took an unusual amount of time. We had a very difficult time finding parking and handicapped parking in particular was extremely limited. Only one of the two elevators were working during our stay. On the night of our check-in someone had urinated in the only working elevator and it was still there smelling horribly the next morning when we went downstairs to check out. Nobody had cleaned that elevator overnight despite the fact that we let the front desk attendant know about the issue before we went to sleep the night before. Our room was comfortable and what we expected from a Courtyard hotel but due to the terrible service, lack of parking and the staff not caring about a urine smelling elevator, we will not stay here again.

Great and really clean property. The cleaning ladies are so great and really make the property great. My room was always well cleaned and the hotel grounds outside and inside were really clean. The quality of food can be improved. Also there are two staff at the front desk that need more training on how to speak with guests and be more polite: theres an east asian lady and the taller latin American lady that worked the night shift- really rude. Staff was great otherwise. Good clean property.
