First. The airport shuttle didn’t show up at the airport after an hr waiting. I had to get an Uber.If there is a shuttle it should come. The hotel staff and check in was nice enough. Everything in the hotel is way over priced however. For water or soft drink. What is the reason for this?

Very agreeable hotel with a friendly staff. The neighborhood is quite new (2925), so it’s lacking dining / entertainment in the evening. I did find a lovely Afghan restaurant not too far on foot.

Staff friendly, they organized a taxi as we had to head to the airport at 4.30am (before shuttle ride commutes to Dulles airport). Would stay again.

Love the room! Perfect! It was very clean and was comfortable and quiet. Very unique room compared to other places. Efficient. I think the best thing for me was breakfast. Very friendly, easy staff as well!

The rooms are in need of a face lift. The grout in the bathroom tile floor was broken and/or missing, the only meal available was a mediocre breakfast, and the shuttle to/from the airport ran only on the hour. I waited 45 minutes waiting for a the shuttle to pick me up in 28 degree weather.

Excellent stay next to IAD airport
This room felt like such a bargain. The spacious and clean room was such a treat and value for the price. Location was excellent, drove to Dulles airport in less than 10 min in the morning. I chose not to use the airport shuttle but I certainly saw it frequently throughout my stay. Property was clean and in great condition. I love how the rooms are set up with a seating area separate from the bed. The “square” layout feels like a better use of space than typical “rectangle” layout hotel rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaints would be that my room’s air unit was quite loud and the breakfast wasn’t stellar (but at least it’s free!). Would certainly stay here again for future airport uses.

I was so disappointed from the stuff behavior and their costumer services. I requested a late checkout in the app and I got an appreciation message but when I went there they asked me to leave by 12. If I knew I wouldn’t have booked there. Their shower didn’t work properly. The coffee machine was broken. I am so disappointed and it was just a waste of money

Great stay near IAD.
Great place to stay near IAD. Shuttle was helpful. The room was perfect. Plenty of room with couch and coffee maker. . breakfast. Great value. No place to visit but some little stores near by. 20 min walk to mall.
