The concept of these hotels is good. The lack of coffee pot in the room was an issue. The showerhead spray was very sharp, there was no way to adjust that. A television that could just give actual weather reports without downloading anything would be great. Hotel.com did not tell me there was a 75$ charge for my pet. That’s a lot. So, the bed was great, breakfast good.i don’t think I will choose this chain again, but we were rested and out the door having spent more than we thought we would.

Came up for a friends wedding stayed one, we were a little late getting to the hotel after the wedding I liked that we could check in through the app and use the app for the keys after a long night. Over all great experience.

Staff was excellent. The manager sent me a personal text to make sure my stay was good and to see if there was anything I needed, that was a nice personal touch. The parking lot was well lit at night. Easy access on and off to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again.
