Private Beach Access Condo, Unit 104

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the desirable Shorewood Villas complex in South Forest Beach. It features a walkout patio that is steps from the pool and private beach access. Every room is equipped with a smart TV device, cable and High-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The master suite has a California King bed with its own walk out patio and a bathroom. There is a play yard available in the master closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed along with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 175lbs. The living room is furnished with a comfy memory foam queen pullout couch and has access to the patio.

The complex includes a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a 1 ft children's pool. The pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of April and from the beginning of October through the end of November. The hot tub is heated year round.

Coligny Park is a short 5 minute walk away and offers dining, shopping, live entertainment and a brand new Adventure Playground (2020). Bicycle rental and grocery stores are also a short walk away. The legendary Tiki-Hut with its live music, bar and dining is a must visit. Beach volleyball is available next to the Tiki-Hut. Also, don't forget the amazing beach.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean, well stocked, comfortable furnishings, just as the pictures describe. Hugh was great to work with. Would absolutely stay here again. Love Shorewood! It is our favorite place to stay in HH. Walk or ride bikes to everything.

End of Cancer Treatment Celebration!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were just a couple of areas of improvement that I recommended to owner but overall loved our stay, was very peaceful and relaxing and we had a very nice time. We plan to return in the future!

Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed condo. The view from the condo was amazing, and we enjoyed experiencing the sunrises and sunsets. The condo itself is very comfortable and well supplied. It is located close to the beach, as well as to restaurants and shops, with walking paths all around. Perfect Location!!
Our week in Hilton Head was amazing! This condo was the perfect location and literally steps from the beach! You won’t regret it! You can walk to Coligny Plaza in 5 minutes. I also suggest renting bikes and biking along the trails and beach…so fun!! Two restaurants I’d highly recommend is The Sea Shack and Lowcountry Backyard! We can’t wait to be back! Perfect beach front vacation spot
Our family stayed at this property for the 2nd time in 2 years. Its outstanding. Gorgeous view of the ocean, short walk to the pool, and then to the beach. 2 minutes and you're splashing in the waves. Its also very close to the Coligny shopping area and other ammenities (grocery store, restaurants, playgrounds) so we barely even used our car once we were settled. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week. You can’t beat the view from the patio/porch! Everything is so close. The beach and pool were phenomenal. And Coligny is a short walk. If you want a very nice place, that’s real close to Coligny and super cozy - pick this place! Our family will definitely come back here again, that’s how much we enjoyed it!

This place was everything I was looking for. We have 4 kids and everyone had their own bed. Plenty of drawers for everyones clothes, which is often hard to come by in these condos. Location is amazing! We will be back

Amazing Family Vacation 2023
If you are looking for amazing accommodations, beauty all around you, and a super responsive property manager, then look no further. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need/want on a beach vacation. It is beautifully decorated and the views are awesome!! We saw deer, rabbits, osprey, pelicans, tree frogs, and geckos all while enjoying the patio. We rented bikes for the week and with the proximity of the condo, you could bike to get anything you could possibly need/want. The kids loved the whole vacation, especially the bunk beds, and did not want to leave. We had a blast! Not only is the location close to any store/restaurant you might need, you are steps away from the beach and pool. It was just what our family needed for an amazing trip!! Thanks to Hugh for being so helpful and responsive with our questions and our easy check-in. We will definitely plan to return to this location. Until next time…
