Fun stay at Sunny Daze for family spring break except for check-in
Overall we had a great stay at the Sunny Daze house in Palmetto Dunes. The location and house is great. We loved the close beach access, proximity to tennis and pickleball, and being close to the entrance to the neighborhood. The pool, bedrooms, and living room were all great. The appliances worked nicely as well.Only constructive feedback is that the entry code to the house from Vacasa did not work and we received three different codes from them, all of which did not work. We arrived late on Saturday night so it was difficult to get hepl and eventually we got in the house because the back door was left unlocked. Later in the week, we got locked out again and had to climb in through a bedroom exterior door that was unlocked. Also, the A/C was not working correctly in the primary bedrooms and we put in a request on Sunday to fix this issue. No one was sent out until Tuesday late afternoon. The Vacasa rep never followed up with us to see if the issue was fixed and they promised someone would be out on Monday to fix it but we received no communication or updates. The Vacasa issues were frustrating to deal with but overall the house was great and location was perfect for our family.
